Well this week has been a success in terms of exercise. I was able to get out and run (walk faster then usual) twice this week. I have cooked up a new shrimp, black bean and sweet potato recipe this week that fits right in with my new found commitment. I’m looking forward to another strong week of healthy eating and exercise. There are going to be a number of us from Glenview showing up for the color run this Saturday. Hope to see all of you there!
