I have only lost 6 pounds so far on my quest but I did manage to drop a notch in my belt, so I must be doing something right. My breakfast plan is really starting to work. I’m eating a really healthy big breakfast, lots of yogurt, wheat toast with jelly, fruit and milk. When I eat a big breakfast I’m not very hungry at lunch. I have been having anything I like but not as much. I haven’t changed my dinner diet at all. Doesn’t feel like I’m dieting and I’m losing weight slow and steady.
