Getting Back At It!

The first week of April is going better than the last week of March. I have my sweet tooth under control and have been going for a walk every day so far this week. I’m hoping to start running again next week.  Also, I have started eating a salad for one meal a day. Today I have the choice of a Chicken Bruschetta salad or building my own taco salad with ingredients from the taco bar at Platters. Either option I choose is going to be great as long as I watched the amount of dressing.  I have made a personal goal of dropping 5 big ones over the next two weeks.  Wish me luck, and I hope to see more of you out walking over your lunch break.
