Not all condiments are evil!

Good afternoon bloggers!

It seems like we have been highlighting the importance of staying away from the condiments, especially in regards to mayonnaise.  However, how boring is a dry sandwich!  I have always enjoyed sandwiches and wraps for lunch and the difference between swapping a healthy condiment for mayo can save you upwards of 200-300 calories.

I saved nearly 200 calories for lunch today by simply swapping mayonnaise for Dijon mustard on my turkey wrap.
