Ok… It’s 11:15pm.. and I’m so hungry right now!!  Any suggestions for my almost midnight craving???  I really want a candy bar right now!

  1. Baby carrots, air popped popcorn with a few sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, fruit or greek yogurt that you have put in the freezer (tastes like frozen yogurt). Lastly, drink water, you might find that you aren’t so hungry after 🙂

  2. I have been stockpiling Yoplait light yogurt as well as plenty of fruit for the same reasons. In addition, sometimes I add a scoop of plain soy (way less fat than whey) protein powder for a quick meal.
